What is the closest airport?
Saskatoon International Airport (YXE) is the closest airport. The hotel will be easily accessible from YXE via taxi or ride share.
Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list due to venue occupancy restrictions. Our celebration is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we are limiting only children of the immediate family. The invitation will indicate the invited children on your wedding invitation.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
An extended cocktail hour will take place between the ceremony and reception, where you can enjoy eats and treats, lawn games and a live musical performance.
Will there be an open bar?
We can't wait to party with you on our wedding day! Dinner is on us, but unfortunately, we will not be hosting an open bar. Please bring cash so you can enjoy the bar
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the garden on gravel pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.
What is the weather and climate like in the area?
In September, Saskatoon generally experiences mild and pleasant weather, warm during the day and cool at night. So we recommend a light wrap to cover bare shoulders and sunglasses for the outdoor ceremony.
The average daily high temperature is around 17.7°C (63.9°F). Nights tend to be cool, with average low temperatures of 4.6°C (40.3°F).
What time should we arrive at the wedding?
The doors to the venue will open at 1:30 pm. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at this time enjoy a welcome cocktail and mingle ahead of the ceremony, and to ensure plenty of time to be seated.

Can we take photos at the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.
